Meditools s.r.o. is a family company founded in August 1999 and specialized mainly in medical equipment for human and veterinary medicine distribution. The company also provides tool repairs such as broken needle holders, replacement of tungsten carbide plates in their jaws, crushed carbide inserts in wire pliers and others.

Today we have more than 80 business partnerships with manufacturers and distributors of medical instruments from Czech Republic and all over the world. That is why we are able to offer to our customers really wide range of goods. Our sales assortment includes goods such as surgical instruments, needle holders, artery forceps – peans – kochers, bone reposition and holding forceps, some implants – bone screws – bone plates, surgical suture needles, surgical threads, electrosurgery coagulators – radiofrequency scalpels, biostimulative lasers, ultrasonic scalers for tartar removal – AMDENT including service, dental drills for Vets, dental burrs and grinders, dental instruments, injection needles, injection syringes, infusion needles – intravenous cannulas, knitted bandages and sterile non-woven swabs, microscopes, otoscopes, ophthalmoscopes, laryngoscopes, endoscopes, sonographs, x-ray films, veterinary x-ray tables with stant, x-ray protective aprons and hand shields, diagnostic lamps, steam autoclaves, hot air sterilizators, veterinary anaesthetic machines, operating tables for vets, equipment for veterinary surgery workplaces, hospitalization cages for small animals, and other.

Most of the employees in the company have a longtime experience with sale of mentioned goods and an individual approach to the customer is a matter of fact. That is why we visit the customers along with showtableau outfit with surgical instruments and some expendable supplies. On our visits to the doctor´s and also on exhibitions and special seminar meetings it is possible for customer not only to see the goods, but also handle it, which is good e.g. while buying needle holder, when customer is interested in its properties such as flexibility, fabrication quality etc.

At the present time we offer a digital CD catalogue which is solved by a general database to our customers free of cost. Doctors find there not only quality pictures of goods with an attendant description, but can also order the articles right from the catalogue through an e-mail.

Trading conditions:
Meditools s.r.o. delivers goods following the orders obtained either direct form the customer, or from written orders send by post, e-mail or fax. Regular customers can also order by telephone. It is not possible to deliver some kinds of articles the very next day because we are dealing with very wide but closely specialized range of goods that we often let customize. We also summarize and send to foreign suppliers the batch of orders of our customers to make the purchasing where freight, customs, insurance and bank transfer overtop the selfcost price of goods more affordable. The term of delivery becomes usually longer because we have the experience that even such specialized foreign suppliers don´t always have all catalogue items in stock. However finally our customer gets what he needs.

If a new customer is ordering, MEDITOOLS requests the payment in advance or cash on delivery at the first order realization. After receipt of a payment on account our company set the customers data into trade database and in case of payment in advance realize the order.

Foreign orders. MEDITOOLS always requests payment in advance from foreign customers and in addition to the cost of goods the proforma invoice contains also freight and insurance of the shipment.

Terms of payment. All payments has to be made by regular customers within the due date in the invoice. If the customer pays afterwards he will be automatically eliminated form the trade database and next time he will be asked to pay in advance like a new customer.

Transportation in the Czech Republic. MEDITOOLS is using a common parcel post with insurance for conveyance of goods within 15 kg. For heavier or more expensive parcels a special postal service Profi-parcel is used. It is an equivalent to the road transport. It is also possible to arrange some other kind of transportation or express delivery if customer requests.

The order where price of goods doesn´t exceed 3.000,- CZK net of VAT is charged including insurance and package.
